Malaysian Nurses Association invites applications, for the Scholarship Awards (current year), from nurses who are currently pursuing degree courses at a University / University College in Malaysia

1. Eligibility
The scholarship is open to:-

1.1 Life members of the Malaysian Nurses Association who have completed one year’s membership. Privilege will be given to ex member of Malaysian Nurses Association (MNF). Members who joined the nursing organizations in (last one year) do not qualify.

1.2 The Applicant must be pursuing the nursing degree course leading to the Bachelor, Masters or PhD and had completed or in the final year of the course within the year (current year).

1.3 Nurses who have been awarded the scholarship in the past are NOT eligible to apply

1.4 Incomplete forms will be REJECTED.

2. Documents
The applicant must enclose the following certified Photostat copies with the application:-

2.1. Identity card
2.2. University registration and admission letter.
2.3. Letter from head of program certifying that candidate had completed or will complete the course within the year (current year)

3. Fees
Enclose a non-refundable processing fee of RM50.00 made payable to:
“PERSATUAN JURURAWAT MALAYSIA” CIMB ACCOUNT NO: 8600 3177 82

4. Bank Account Number
Successful applicants will receive the scholarship as direct deposit into their bank. MNA will bank in the cheques in the following banks ONLY.

1. MAYBANK
2. CIMB

Applicants are advised to have an account with any one of the banks stated above.

5. Closing date
The closing date is 30 August of current year. Applications received after 30 August will be rejected.

Post the completed application form with the required documents and fee to reach the Malaysian Nurses Association on or before 30 August, addressed to:-
