TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A. Eligibility Requirements

1. The Grant is applicable to MEMBERS planning to do Research / Quality Project / Innovation or any other project.
2. Only applicable to Life members of Malaysian Nurses Association. (Life member minimum of 2 years)
3. Amount to be granted is at the discretion of the committee to a maximum of RM 5,000
4. Successful applicants must allow the publication of the research/project to be published in JOMNA (Journal of Malaysian Nurses Association) upon 6 months of the completion date.
5. Members who have been awarded in the past are eligible to apply again after 3 years.

1. Application submission is open from JANUARY and closed in AUGUST each year. The application received after 31st AUGUST will be forwarded to coming year.
2. The applicant must submit the completed application form. Incomplete form will be rejected without prior notice.
3. Enclose a non-refundable processing fee of RM50.00 made payable to:
   “PERSATUAN JURURAWAT MALAYSIA” CIMB ACCOUNT NO: 8600 3177 82
4. Application submitted will be treated in full confidentiality. The award decision is final.
5. Application must be made 4 months ahead of the Research / Quality Project / Innovation or any other project commencement date.
6. Result of the application will be informed within 2 month of submission
